Andrew founded Cresco Group in 2012. He is currently the Managing Director, directing and managing the Company’s business and operations.

Andrew Quah

Prior to founding Cresco Group, Andrew was the Managing Director of Daiwa Capital Markets from 2011 to 2012. Before joining Daiwa Capital, Andrew was the Chief Operating Officer at JL Capital Pte Ltd, a fund management company managing numerous funds with various strategies with an AUM in excess of USD1 Billion.


Throughout his years of experience, he has also held various positions in banks such as Deutsche Bank and Credit Suisse, and had practiced law with law firms such as Linklaters in London/Hong Kong and Drew & Napier in Singapore.

Nicole Lim

Prior to joining Cresco, Nicole practised law in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia where she took on corporate and commercial advisory work, as well as managed a diverse range of civil disputes at both trial and appellate stages.


Nicole obtained her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) (Hons) from Queen’s University of Belfast in 2017 and Certificate in Legal Practice (Malaysia) in 2018. She is also currently a candidate of the CFA program, as she firmly believes that understanding different fields will provide her with unique insights and perspectives that will in turn, allow her to innovate and offer winning solutions.


Nicole enjoys swimming in her leisure time.

Mavelaine Sevannya Theardy

Mavelaine is a rising Year 3 student in Singapore Management University majoring in Quantitative Finance. Her aspirations provides her with a fair share of exposure towards the intricacies of the financial industry.

Mavelaine encourages herself to foster a mindset that embraces risk as a catalyst for success, making her a fervent risk-taker amongst her peers. In the pursuit of excellence, she seek ways in staying abreast of the evolving financial landscape.

As a people person, she enjoys her daily conversations with people she meets along the way and find ways to learn from others. Conversely, she would be cooped up in the corner of the room with a good book.

Jovita Amelinda K.

Before joining Cresco Investments, Jovita was a product manager in multiple startups, including a decacorn startup across e-commerce and fintech industries. Jovita loves the challenges of identifying the company’s business needs and rallying a team to turn the company’s vision into a reality.


After graduating from National University of Singapore with a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering in 2020, Jovita worked as a process engineer in a Fortune 500 Company that manufactures semiconductors.


Jovita is adamant about achieving her goals and is eager to develop the creative and critical thinking she learned from her previous roles to help her accomplish her ambitions.

Shane Shin

Shane is a results-driven professional with experience in finance process optimization, digital transformation, and corporate finance. Prior to joining Cresco, he managed end-to-end software enhancements across regions such as Singapore, Malaysia, and India, focusing on process mapping, stakeholder management, and implementing ERP systems.

Shane graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Business Administration (Accountancy) (Hons). He is committed to leveraging technology to improve processes and deliver value to organizations and stakeholders and is interested in the field of corporate finance, including M&A and fundraising.

As such, he is currently pursuing his CFA. During his free time, Shane enjoys volunteering, photography, and watching movies for leisure.

Lisa Stirnemann

Lisa is a Year 4 finance major student, currently pursuing a double degree in France and Japan. She aspires to continue her studies with a Master of Science in International Finance, focusing in corporate finance. Fluent in French and English, and proficient in Japanese at an intermediate level, Lisa is well-prepared to navigate the complexities of global finance.

Her curiosity, open-mindedness, and enthusiasm have taken her around the world, including visits to Australia, Italy, Korea, and Singapore. These experiences have enriched her adaptability and cross-cultural understanding, essential skills for succeeding in international markets.

In her free time, Lisa enjoys swimming, playing the piano and going to concerts, activities that help her relax and enjoy. Passionate about the sea, she is attracted to water sport such as surfing and diving.
